Located near Mountain Brook Village, this multi-gabled residence on Overhill Road underwent a complete roof replacement to address its aging exterior. The updated structure features new shingle roofing consisting of multi-toned gray architectural shingles that complement the home's yellow siding and dark shutters. Along the eaves, clean white gutters and drip edges were fitted to manage rainwater runoff effectively. Low-profile ridge vents now run along the roof peaks to provide proper attic ventilation while preserving the home's traditional aesthetic.
Definitely five stars! Hard working crew got it done in three days. Good communications with the crew and Will Jourdan. Ridge venting looks better than previous venting. Very pleased!
