Cahaba Heights

The Patriot Roofing and Builders crew rolled into Cahaba Heights to tackle a complete tear-off and metal roof upgrade for this single-story home. Stripping off the old shingles revealed a few soft spots in the decking, so the guys swapped out the compromised OSB to ensure a rock-solid foundation for this roof replacement in Vestavia Hills. We dropped tarps across the landscaping to catch the tear-off debris and kept the dump trailer close to systematically manage the mess. Once the deck was patched, we dried the whole house in with Grip-Rite synthetic underlayment before staging the new ribbed metal panels. Justin and the team drove exposed fasteners across the main spans, taking extra time to custom-fit the pipe boots around the plumbing penetrations. We capped off the build by securing the ridge and sweeping the entire yard with a magnetic roller to pull up any stray screws before hauling the trailer away.
