Recent Project: Roof Replacement and New Gutters in the Windchase neighborhood, Hoover, AL

Project Overview

The crew mobilized early this week to tackle a complex tear-off and dry-in out in the Windchase neighborhood. Handling a steep roof replacement in Hoover requires serious fall protection, so the guys anchored their safety ropes and stripped the old shingles down to the bare wood decking. Patriot laid down heavy-duty GAF StormGuard leak barrier inside the deep valleys before rolling out synthetic underlayment across the main roof sections. Working their way up the multiple hips and the front conical turret, the team nailed down the new architectural shingles and cut clean lines along the ridges. Once the structure was completely watertight, we shifted focus to the exterior trim, replacing sections of soft fascia to prep the eaves for seamless gutters. Justin and the team wrapped up the project by running magnetic sweeps across the lawn and hauling the tear-off debris off the site.
