This residential property along the Highway 39 corridor in Chelsea received a complete roof replacement to restore long-term weather protection. The home's updated roofing system features thick, multi-dimensional architectural shingles in a dark gray color. New metal flashing was fitted securely around the rectangular skylight, sealing it against water intrusion. A low-profile, shingle-over ridge vent system was installed along the roof peaks to promote balanced attic ventilation. Additionally, new pipe boots protect the plumbing vents, and the shingles tie cleanly into the base of the light gray, wood-siding chimney.
