Concrete tile roofing and flat roof transitions define this historic stone residence in the Forest Park neighborhood of Birmingham. Targeted roof repair addressed worn sections along the wood batten support structure beneath the dark interlocking tiles. A fresh light-gray coating was applied over the central flat roofing membrane to restore full weather resistance. Metal counter-flashing was secured along the raised stone sidewalls and near the brick chimney stack.
What the Homeowner Said
5 out of 5 stars
Patriot repaired the stone tiles on my 100-year-old home in historic Forest Park, Birmingham, and fixed a stubborn leak around the dormer. They kept me in the loop and showed up when they said they would. They know how to work on a historic house and did a good job.
