Exterior Painting and Deck Rebuild on Woodmere Dr, Vestavia Hills, AL

Project Overview

An elevated backyard on Woodmere Dr in Vestavia Hills was updated with a newly rebuilt outdoor staircase and landing. Built using pressure-treated lumber, the structure incorporated sturdy handrails, square balusters, and clean wooden treads. The vertical support posts were anchored securely on concrete footings to stabilize the stairs along the sloped terrain. At the top of the stairs, the new wood decking transitioned directly into the home's existing dark-painted deck framework. This project demonstrates the structural details involved in custom decks designed for sloping lots.
