Project Overview
Older metal-framed windows and a worn flush entry door were updated at this unit in Fox Croft Condos in Homewood. The window replacement swapped the original metal units set into the tan brick exterior for white six-over-six double-hung windows. Inside, new wood casing and sills were installed to frame the openings. At the main entrance, a white six-panel door with a silver aluminum threshold and brushed nickel knob and deadbolt took the place of the flat slab door. Fresh white exterior trim around the doorframe finished the entry update.
